You can reach me by booking a call, email, WhatsApp or phone, and I am based in Delhi NCR working with clients worldwide. This page explains which route suits which situation, what to include in your message so I can respond usefully, and what you can expect after you write.
Choosing between a call and an enquiry
Book a call if you know there is a problem but not exactly what it is, or if talking is easier than writing. The thirty-minute Strategy session is an introductory, one-time offer at ₹2,999 + GST, and a sixty-minute option is available at ₹4,999 + GST. You pick a live slot in your own time zone.
Send an enquiry if you already know what you want, such as an audit, a retainer or a specific service, and prefer a written proposal. An enquiry also suits you if your question is quick and does not need a full session, or if you need to involve colleagues before talking.
If you are unsure, send a short email. I will tell you which route makes sense.
What to send me
A good first message is short but specific. It saves a round of back-and-forth and lets me respond with something useful rather than a list of questions.
If sharing details publicly feels uncomfortable, say so and I will ask for them on a call. Do not send passwords or account logins in any message. When access is needed, it is set up later through each platform's own permissions.
- Your website address and a one-line description of the business.
- The main goal and the problem you think is in the way.
- What you have already tried, and roughly what you have spent or done.
- The country or countries you sell in, and your time zone.
- Any deadline, and who else is involved in the decision.
Ways to reach me
The booking calendar is the fastest way to secure time. Email suits longer messages and attachments. WhatsApp suits short questions and scheduling. Phone suits those who prefer to speak directly. The site lists the details, and my LinkedIn profile is available for those who prefer to connect there.
I am based in Delhi NCR. Meetings are by appointment, and I work in your time zone for calls. Clients in Delhi NCR can ask to meet in person.
Please use email or the booking page for anything involving documents or details you may need later, so there is a written record.
What to expect after you write
I aim to reply within one business day, as noted at the top of this page. Occasionally travel or a heavy week may delay a reply, in which case I will let you know. If you have not heard back after two business days, please send a short follow-up, as messages can be missed.
My first reply usually does one of three things. It confirms that I can help and suggests a next step. It asks one or two questions. Or it says honestly that I am not the best fit and, where possible, points you elsewhere.
I do not promise a proposal or a fixed price in the first reply. For anything beyond a session, I need to understand the work first.
What I will not ask for
I will not ask for payment before agreeing scope in writing. I will not ask you to share passwords. If someone claiming to be me asks you for either, please do not respond and contact me directly using the details on this page.
For audit work, I may ask for read-only access to analytics and ad accounts. That is set up through the platform's own sharing settings, and you can remove it whenever you like.
Not sure which route to pick? Send two lines about your situation and I will point you to the right one.
If you are a journalist, partner or fellow professional
Not every message is about hiring me. If you want to collaborate, ask a question about a published article, propose a partnership or discuss one of my products, email is the best route. Say who you are, what you have in mind and what you need from me.
For questions about DigiStreet Media, RankStreet or my other ventures, mention the product by name so your message reaches the right place quickly.
A few things that help me help you
Tell me what a good result looks like to you, in your own words. A goal such as more qualified enquiries from a particular market is easier to work with than a general wish to grow.
Say who else will be involved. If a co-founder, agency or developer is part of the work, include them in the thread or the call. It avoids repeating the same conversation.
Mention your budget range if you have one. It does not commit you to anything, and it helps me suggest options that are realistic.
