I am based in Delhi NCR and work remotely with businesses in many countries. The locations directory lists fifty cities across India, the Middle East, Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Africa. This page explains what a city page is for, how remote work across time zones runs in practice, and what changes when your customers are in a particular market.

What a city page is, and what it is not

Each city page describes how I would approach marketing for a business serving that market: the local search habits, the time zone for meetings, and the services that tend to matter. It is a starting orientation for the conversation, not a claim that I have an office there.

I work from Delhi NCR. Most engagements are run remotely through calls, shared documents and read-only access to your accounts. For clients in India, I can also meet in person when it helps, which is useful for workshops and team sessions.

If your business serves several cities, you do not need a separate engagement for each. The strategy is usually one plan with local adjustments, and the pages are there to help you see where those adjustments sit.

How remote work across time zones runs

Calls are booked in your local time zone using the booking calendar, so you see slots that make sense for you. For clients in the Middle East and much of Asia, the overlap with India is generous. For the UK and Europe, it usually means a morning call for you and an afternoon or evening call for me. For North America, it means an early evening or late-night slot on my side.

I agree a regular rhythm at the start, for example a weekly or fortnightly call, and keep the rest of the work asynchronous. Written updates, short recorded walkthroughs and shared task lists mean nobody has to be awake at an awkward hour for routine decisions.

Time zones rarely cause problems when expectations are written down. They cause problems when they are assumed.

  • Agree one fixed weekly or fortnightly call slot that works for both sides.
  • Put routine updates in writing so they can be read at any hour.
  • Name one person on your side who can approve decisions between calls.
  • Share holiday calendars for both countries early, as they affect delivery dates.

What changes when the market changes

Language, search engines, payment methods, privacy rules and buying habits all differ by market. A business selling to customers in Dubai faces different expectations from one selling in Dublin or Chicago, even with the same product. I check these differences at the start rather than assume a plan travels unchanged.

Local search matters most for businesses with physical premises or a service area. For those, accurate business listings, consistent name and address details and genuine local reviews do more than almost any other change. For online-only businesses, the focus is more on country targeting, language and the pages that serve each market.

I do not claim deep local knowledge of every city on the list. Where I need a native speaker or a local specialist, such as translation or regulation review, I will say so and plan for it.

Local search, listings and reviews

For any business with premises or a service area, a complete and accurate business profile on Google is the foundation of local visibility. Name, address, phone number, opening hours, categories and photographs should match what appears on your website and in other directories. Small inconsistencies create doubt for both customers and search engines.

Reviews matter, but they must be genuine. Ask real customers after real service, reply politely to every review including critical ones, and never buy or fabricate them. I advise against any shortcut here, as platforms increasingly detect and penalise it.

Each city page on a site should say something true and useful about serving that place. Pages that only swap the city name in otherwise identical text rarely help anyone.

Multi-country and multi-language sites

If you serve more than one country, the main question is how to structure the site. Options include one site with sections per country, separate domains, or one global site with local landing pages. Each has trade-offs in cost, upkeep and how search engines understand it.

I generally recommend the simplest structure that matches your capacity to maintain it. A tidy site with a few strong market pages beats an elaborate setup that nobody updates. Technical details, such as how language and region versions are declared, matter, and I handle those under Technical SEO.

Translated content is not the same as localised content. Examples, currency, units, tone and even the questions people ask often need rewriting rather than direct translation.

Pricing and billing by location

Clients in India are billed in rupees, with GST added. Clients outside India receive flat USD pricing, without GST, using a reference rate of ₹95 to $1. That means you see one figure in your own currency terms and it does not move with exchange rates during the engagement.

The scope and the work are identical wherever you are. The only difference is how the fee is shown and invoiced. International clients can see the full fee structure on the hire-me page, which links to the USD version.

Any third-party costs, such as advertising spend, software subscriptions or production, are separate and agreed in writing before they are incurred.

The work is the same wherever you are. Only the time zone and the invoice currency change.

Payments, privacy and compliance by market

Different markets have different rules on data, advertising claims and consumer rights. Cookie consent, email permission and the handling of personal data are the most common areas where a plan built for one country needs adjustment in another.

I am not a lawyer, and I do not give legal advice. What I do is flag where a rule is likely to matter, and ask you to have your own legal adviser confirm the details before launch. For regulated sectors such as finance or health, this review should happen early rather than at the end.

Payment methods also shape conversion. A checkout that does not offer the methods people in a market expect will lose sales regardless of how good the marketing is.

Working with me from the Middle East, Europe, North America and beyond

In the Middle East, the time zone overlap is the biggest advantage, and live calls fit easily into the working day. In Europe and the UK, I tend to run morning sessions for you, with written follow-up the same day.

In North America, most work is asynchronous, with a fixed weekly call. Many clients like the arrangement because they receive written updates in their morning, after work has been done overnight.

In Asia Pacific and Africa, the overlap varies by city. The booking calendar shows true local times, so you can see what is practical before you commit to anything.

When a local agency is the better choice

Some work needs someone in the room. In-person photography, on-site events, retail audits, local print and community relationships are examples. If that is the heart of your plan, a local partner will serve you better than a remote consultant.

I can still help by directing the strategy and checking the numbers while someone local handles delivery. That arrangement is under Consulting & team supervision. It works well when you have a trusted local team but want a senior view of whether they are on the right track.

How to start from a city page

Find the closest city and read the page for context. Then book a Strategy session in your local time or send an enquiry describing the market, the product and what you want to change. I will confirm scope, fee and rhythm in writing.

If your city is not listed, that is not a barrier. The list shows where people have asked most often, not where I am allowed to work.
